We also have the flexibility to offer loans that are larger or smaller than our typical transactions and always structure a loan to suit the unique situation. Unlike most hard money portfolio lenders, RubyGold Funding has experience in all aspects of real estate, not just lending. We offer competitive pricing and rates, and can move quickly to meet the timing needs of our borrowers..

Because of our extensive experience in real estate, we will consider a broad range of collateral options which include all types of real estate, including (but not limited to) industrial, office, multi family, retail, unique properties and more. We will evaluate senior and junior mortgages and usually underwrite 75 percent loan-to-value (with some exceptions).
